Wanna be a policeman?

Dalam hujan renyai, jalan tentu licin. Jadi pemanduan aku perlu berhati-hati. Ramai yang kata penunggang motosikal di bandaraya kurang ajar. Cilok sana cilok sini menyelit sana menyelit sini.

Hakikatnya memang begitu. Kalau tidak, samalah nasibnya dengan memandu kereta. Menunggulah berjam-jam di belakang kenderaan lain. Kerana itu ini dipanggil kelebihan bagi penunggang motosikal.

Walaupun jalanraya licin, aku masih lagi menunggang laju. Prinsip aku dalam memandu ni, nak laju boleh tapiwe have to predict the result of our present act. Kalau nak mencilok di kawasan pejalan kaki selalu melintas, kenalah berwaspada takut-takut ada yang nak lalu. Kalau tempat tu berpasir, kita kena tahu bila dan di manapatut kita tekan brek dan cara tekan brek juga. Kalau jalan itu berlopak dan berair, tak bolehlah nak redah saja, takut-takut rim kita bengkok atau arah pemanduan tersasar. Eh, macam mengajar pula.

It's a normal scenery of early morning in kl which show us the power of a person named policeman. He stands in the middle of the road. By pointing at drivers, all of us will surely stop our vehicles. By waving his hand, it's understood that now we can go.

It sounds so easy and so powerful to be a policeman who can control the traffic, huh? We might be wrong if we are of that view.One of the reasons of saying that is KL people are lacking of patience. The policeman has to be more patient than those congested in the traffic jam. The latter will keep honking to make the former let them go.

On the other hand, the policeman himself has to give way to the others first, which normally will take a longer time than usual traffic light would do. Those on his right, left and back may make those various sound of honk which could make the policeman get angry.

Yes, they might become angry.. because they are human being lah. That's why yesterday, a policeman shouted the word ,"BODOH" to the motorcyclists because of keep honking to him. If i were to be that policeman, I might skip their turn to cross the road.

Is it right for him to do so? Or the act of the motorcyclists is the right one? This is a thing to ponder..
